José Pablo is a Senior Associate of BLP based in San José, Costa Rica. He specializes in the practice of Dispute Resolution.

His experience includes advising on the development of accusations, development of and guidance in criminal investigation, processing of crime files, and participation in preliminary hearings of alternative measures, debates, and challenges.

He has participated as a guest speaker in postgraduate classes of the Master’s Degree in Criminal Sciences at the University of Costa Rica, undergraduate and graduate classes in Computer Science and Informatics, as well as various activities organized by the Bar Association of Costa Rica, UNEBAN and ICODEN and the Training and Supervision Unit of the Public Ministry, on issues related to the criminal phenomena of Registry/Notary Fraud and Cybercrime, and matters related to Digital Evidence and International Cooperation.

He joined the BLP team as a Senior Associate in 2023 after working as a prosecutor for the Judiciary, Public Ministry of Costa Rica.
