Catalina is an associate of BLP in the practice area of Labor & Employment. She provides advice to private companies and public institutions on administrative processes before the Ministry of Labor and the Costa Rican Social Security Fund, addressing collections, inspections and pensions. She specializes in the preparation of employment policies and contracts, collaboration in employment due diligence, application of disciplinary regimes and participation in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
