Anielka Martínez

Anielka is an associate in the BLP office in Nicaragua. Her specialties include Business Law, Real Estate & Hospitality, and Dispute Resolution.

With seven years of experience, she has advised national companies on corporate issues and the preparation and review of business contracts. She also has extensive experience in property registration, contracts, and personnel liquidation.

In Dispute Resolution she has participated in labor court cases and the preparation of judicial rulings.

Additionally, she has experience advising on Health Registry matters.

She joined the BLP team as an associate in 2023, previously working as a legal advisor at the López Okrassa S.A law firm and Centro de Diagnóstico Americano S.A.
