Experience
- UPS withdraws Operations in Honduras. BLP advised UPS on the liquidation of all employee contracts and the closure of operations in the country.
- BLP won a case in favor of Claro Honduras. The labor appellate court of San Pedro Sula established a precedent demonstrating that the labor attorney´s office will not suspend the statute of limitation for claiming labor compensations. This case was won by CLARO, proving that the proscription must apply.
- BLP performed due diligence for our client Mega Distribuidora Avicola to assure that all employee files (800 employees) comply with the labor law.
