- BLP advised LAICA, the largest player in the sugar market sector. A competitor sued LAICA, alleging abuse of a dominant position in the market by supposedly imposing exclusive deals on retailers in the sale and distribution of sugar and related products. BLP acted as the defendant’s lead counsel.
