• 800 MW in 2027
• 300 MW in 2028
• 400 MW in 2030 - An additional 10% reserve margin
- Payment obligations backed by the State of Honduras
- Financial instrument currently under negotiation with CABEI
- Requirement: at least 65% renewable generation sources
The tender is expected to generate over US$1.5 billion in investments, making it one of the most significant energy opportunities in the Central American region.
