From Friday, April 3 to Tuesday, April 7,  restrictions on vehicle circulation will be extended from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. throughout the national territory (see chart below). The following exceptions apply:

  • Long-distance public transportation covering more than 75 kilometers will be limited to two departures daily.
  • Establishments operating with sanitary permits for direct service to the public will be closed. Home delivery services may remain in operation.
  • Taxi service will be maintained.
  • During the day, only authorized plates may circulate (see chart below).

From Wednesday, April 8 to Sunday, April 12, restrictions on the circulation of vehicles and people will apply with the following exceptions:

  • Vehicular traffic and public perambulation are suspended, but access to supermarkets, grocery and convenience stores, drug stores and healthcare centers will be permitted without time restriction.
  • All public transportation will be suspended, except for special transportation for essential productive activities and taxi services.
  • During the day, only authorized plates may circulate (see the following table).
