BLP advised ResponsAbility AG on a US$10 million credit facility granted to CoopeAnde for the expansion of its SME loan portfolio.
BLP advised ResponsAbility AG, a global impact asset manager, in connection with a direct loan in the amount of US$10 million granted to CoopeAnde, aimed at supporting the growth of its small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) credit portfolio in Costa Rica.
BLP’s advice included the review and adjustment of the credit agreement under local law, as well as the structuring and drafting of the local security documents required for the transaction. The firm also issued the corresponding legal opinion in connection with the financing.
