Magally Guadamuz, Director of BLP in San José, leads the Notary and Registry department. With over 18 years of legal experience, she ensures compliance with the guidelines of the National Directorate of Notaries in Costa Rica for all documents issued by BLP. Specializing in drafting public deeds for movable and immovable property, as well as commercial transactions, Magally is actively involved in notary and registry procedures, advising clients in areas such as Business Law, Tax, Labor & Employment, Real Estate, and Dispute Resolution. She has established and implemented training programs in Notary and Registry Law for BLP staff and has provided pro bono legal advice to various organizations through BLP Sustainability. She joined BLP in 2006.
