Experience
- BLP has advised the lenders in two credit facilities granted to Ventus. BLP acted as lead counsel of Banco Agromercantil de Guatemala in a bridge loan granted to Ventus for the refinancing and repayment of a $70.4 million syndicated credit facility for the construction and operation of the first wind farm in El Salvador. BLP assisted in drafting and negotiating the loan agreement and securities and canceling existing securities.
