Elena is an Associate at BLP in Costa Rica where she specializes in Business Law. Her experience spans mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and business restructuring. Additionally, she advises national and foreign companies on all aspects related to starting operations in the country.
She joined BLP as a legal assistant in 2019, being appointed an Associate in 2024.
