Diego García-Salas is an Associate at BLP’s Guatemala office, specializing in Environment, Health & Safety, and Regulatory Compliance, Prevention and Risk Management. He has extensive experience advising on compliance with local and international environmental and regulatory standards. Additionally, he has expertise in preparing reports and action plans for clients, identifying areas of non-compliance, and recommending specific corrective measures to ensure full compliance with local laws and regulations.
Diego has led complex environmental licensing and management projects, working closely with government entities to ensure compliance with required standards. He joined BLP as an Associate in 2024.
