Leonardo Maldonado is an Associate at BLP’s Nicaragua office, specializing in Corporate Law. He has more than eight years of experience advising national and multinational companies, mainly in the commercial, agro-industrial, services, and energy sectors. His practice focuses on corporate and real estate matters, including drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, due diligence processes, incorporation of companies, preparation and amendment of bylaws, shareholders’ meeting and board of directors minutes, and compliance with registry and corporate obligations. He also has experience advising on corporate governance matters. He joined BLP as an Associate in November 2025.
