- BLP advised BECAMO to incorporate into the Free Trade Zone regime. BLP advised the client throughout the process until achieving incorporation, which implied obtaining tax advantages.
- Appeal against the tax administration of Honduras. BLP acted as lead counsel advising Empresa Energía Eólica de Honduras S.A. (EEHSA) on the presentation of an appeal against the tax administration of Honduras.
