Victoria Hernández, Senior Associate at BLP in San José, specializes in Free Trade Zones. With extensive experience in accompanying companies in the procurement of their free trade zone regime. She advises local and international companies in processes related to renegotiations of their commitments with the government, as well as, with the renewal and/extension of their tax benefits. Additionally, she has vast experience providing legal advice to aviation companies in regulatory matters. She joined BLP in 2021.
