Due to the implementation of the new General Procurement Law and in accordance with resolution number MH-DM-RES-0919-2022 of the National Treasury, the digital platform SICOP will be temporarily out of order from 12 am December 1 through 11:59 pm December 8.
During this period, users and the Administration will not be able to access the platform, deliver bids, make payments, publish RFPs, or conduct any business that must be executed in the system.
