Thammara Urrutia
Thammara is a BLP associate based in San Jose, Costa Rica. She specializes in the practice area of Labor & Employment.
In her professional career, she has provided advice on preventive, corrective, and disciplinary issues related to the human capital of national and international companies doing business in Costa Rica.
In addition, she has developed as a trainer and manager of various markets and in the human resources department for Amazon, where she collaborated in the standardization of processes, advised on disciplinary procedures, and supported business decisions at different levels of leadership.
