Luisa is an Associate at BLP in Guatemala City, specializing in the practices of Labor & Employment and Global Migration & Relocation. In the practice of Labor Law, she advises on compliance with labor regulations, employer obligations, the preparation and review of employment contracts, internal regulations, and attends to the application of the labor disciplinary regime.
In the same way, she has overseen and advised on transferring foreign workers to Guatemala, regulating their immigration status, and managing authorizations before government entities.
She was an in-house attorney at Compartamos for seven years before joining the BLP team as an Associate in 2022.
