José Villeda is a BLP associate in the Tegucigalpa, Honduras offices. He specializes in the practice areas of Business Law and Energy
& Infrastructure.

His experience in Business Law includes advising national and multinational companies on carrying out administrative processes for
the incorporation of companies, preparing minutes of partners/shareholders meetings, obtaining the necessary permits for start-up
operations, and representing companies in administrative processes before the Revenue Administration Service (SAR), the Secretariat
of Economic Development and the Property Institute. He also handles requests for new registrations and the renewal of various
permits before the National Telecommunications Commission (CONATEL).

In the practice of Energy & Infrastructure, he has carried out administrative procedures before the National Dispatch Center, a center
attached to the General Management of the ENEE, and requested various records before the Electric Energy Regulatory Commission
(CREE).
After joining the BLP team as a legal assistant in 2022, José became an associate the same year
