José Pablo Rojas

Jose Pablo is a Director of BLP in the San José office. He has more than 20 years of experience specializing in the practice area of Dispute Resolution and Competition & Antitrust. 

He has vast experience resolving disputes involving consumer protection and other commercial matters, and also litigates on behalf of commercial companies and financial entities. 

In the area of Competition & Antitrust, he has experience leading the approval processes for mergers and acquisitions to avoid monopolies, as well as presentation and defense of actions before regulatory authorities. He has also directed audits and worked on the preparation of compliance programs that help prevent and avoid anti-competitive behavior in the markets. 

He joined the BLP team as an associate in 2015, after the merger with Weinstok Abogados, where he served in the same role. Previously, he worked at Bufete Gutiérrez & Campos.
