José Armando is an associate of the BLP office in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. His specialties include Public Law, Public Procurement & Regulation, Human Rights, Business & Sustainability, Labor & Employment, and Intellectual Property.

Along his years of experience he worked for the Property Institute specifically in the General Directorate of Registries, where he held different positions, such as registry qualifier, registration assistant and legal counsel that enabled him to acquire extensive knowledge and experience in the branch of Registration Law. His experience in the registry area includes legalization of land, title searches, and development of successive tracts. He has conducted due diligence at different government offices.
