Gabriel is a BLP Senior Associate in the San Jose office in Costa Rica. He has 8 years of experience as a lawyer and specializes in the practice of Labor & Employment.
In his professional career, Gabriel has experience in the processing of administrative and judicial processes in labor, civil and commercial matters, among others. He supports in a comprehensive manner the labor termination processes, mitigating possible labor litigation in a preventive way.
He also advises national and transnational companies, has experience providing legal advice to public entities such as the Ministry of the Presidency, the Presidency of the Republic.
He joined BLP in 2018. Previously, he was a lawyer and director of the Judicial Collection department of Gómez & Galindo, and labor judge in the Second Judicial Circuit of San José.
