Favio is Director at the BLP offices in Nicaragua, specializing in the areas of Employment Law, Business Law, Banking & Finance, Competition & Antitrust, Energy & Infrastructure, Mining, and Dispute Resolution.
With over 15 years of experience in Business Law, he has provided advice on capital markets, negotiation and preparation of contracts and guarantees, due diligence, structuring of projects, the filing processes and approval of mergers and acquisitions, commercial arbitration, administrative litigation in matters of competition, and advisory on employment aspects to companies in different sectors of the economy.
After joining the BLP team as an associate in 2017, he became a Senior Associate in 2018. Previously, he worked at Arias and Alvarado & Asociados.
