Para garantizar este principio a todo el talento humano, se han definido acciones espec\u00edficas tanto para incentivar un equipo diverso, como para promover la m\u00e1s amplia participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres en todas las \u00e1reas de trabajo de la firma; comisiones para analizar la integraci\u00f3n laboral de personas con discapacidad y poblaci\u00f3n LGBTIQ+, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nuestro compromiso con la poblaci\u00f3n LGBTIQ+ ha sido ratificado con pol\u00edticas internas para fomentar la inclusi\u00f3n y la diversidad, asumi\u00e9ndolo p\u00fablicamente al ser, <b>una vez m\u00e1s <a style=\"color: #012293;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.blplegal.com\/es\/el-compromiso-de-blp-con-la-diversidad-e-inclusion-lgbti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BLP signatario de la Declaraci\u00f3n de San Jos\u00e9<\/a><\/b>: 10 principios en contra de la discriminaci\u00f3n por motivos de orientaci\u00f3n sexual, identidad y expresi\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero y a favor de la promoci\u00f3n de los Derechos Humanos de las personas lesbianas, gays, bisexuales, transexuales, transg\u00e9nero e intersexuales (LGBTIQ+), y reconocimientos como el premio \u201cMost Inclusive Firm for LGBTIQ+Lawyers\u201d por Chambers Diversity &amp; Inclusion, que celebra el compromiso de la firma de aumentar las oportunidades y la representaci\u00f3n de abogados que son parte de la comunidad LGBT+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BLP reafirma su compromiso de ser un espacio inclusivo y de oportunidades para todas las personas, para hacer la profesi\u00f3n legal cada vez m\u00e1s diversa e inclusiva, reconociendo la importancia del respeto, tolerancia y la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Uno de los principios fundamentales del ambiente laboral en BLP es la no discriminaci\u00f3n de ning\u00fan colaborador (a) por motivo alguno.
