Reglamentaria a las Alternativas de Pensi\u00f3n por Vejez"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El pasado 11 de enero de 2022, se public\u00f3 en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta, la reforma de los art\u00edculos 5, 23 y 24 del \u201cReglamento del Seguro de Invalidez, Vejez y Muerte de la Caja Costarricense del Seguro Social\u201d y la derogatoria de los transitorios XII, XIII, XIV y XV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan dicha reforma, el asegurado que alcance los 65 a\u00f1os y que haya contribuido con al menos 300 cuotas, tendr\u00e1 derecho a la Pensi\u00f3n por Vejez Ordinaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para los asegurados que hayan alcanzado los 65 a\u00f1os, que no hayan aportado 300 cuotas, pero que tengan acumuladas 180 cuotas, pueden optar por la alternativa de Pensi\u00f3n por Vejez Proporcional, de conformidad con el art\u00edculo 24 de dicho Reglamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con esta nueva reforma, la pensi\u00f3n anticipada para los hombres fue eliminada y para las mujeres se ajust\u00f3 la edad m\u00ednima a partir de los 63 a\u00f1os con 405 cuotas, que se regir\u00e1 seg\u00fan la gen\u00e9tica, se establece que como edad m\u00ednima los 40 a\u00f1os para el retiro por vejez, siempre que la persona haya aportado al menos 180 cotizaciones mensuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se establece que la pensi\u00f3n por vejez o invalidez se calcular\u00e1 con base en el promedio de los mejores 300 salarios o ingresos mensuales devengados y cotizados por el asegurado y cuando la pensi\u00f3n se consolide sin que el asegurado hubiere aportado 300 cuotas mensuales, se tomar\u00e1n en cuenta para el c\u00e1lculo del salario o ingreso promedio la totalidad de salarios o ingresos reportados, actualizados por inflaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta reforma rige 24 meses posterior a su publicaci\u00f3n en el Diario
