Elisa Lacs is a Senior Associate at the BLP office in Guatemala, specializing in the practice areas of Tax, Free Trade Zones, and International Trade. She has over seven years of professional experience in tax planning and defense, customs strategy, corporate law, civil law, and regulated markets. Additionally, she has participated in and coordinated projects establishing and transforming companies, advising non-profit entities, and participating in M&A projects. Elisa is the co-founder of the legal magazine VOX IURIS in Guatemala. She joined BLP at the level of Senior Associate in 2024.
