Claudia Polanco is an Associate at BLP’s Guatemala office, specializing in Tax, Free Trade Zones, and International Trade. She has extensive experience in advising companies on compliance with tax regulations and special investments and facilitating foreign trade. Claudia has worked on preparing reports and action plans for clients, identifying tax and customs risks and areas of non-compliance, and proposing strategies to optimize the tax burden within the applicable legal framework. She joined BLP as a Legal Assistant in 2024 and was promoted to Associate in 2025.
