Alejandra is a Senior Associate at BLP in the Guatemala City offices. She specializes in the practice areas of Energy & Infrastructure, Mining, Public Law, Public Procurement & Regulation, and Business Law.

She has extensive experience advising national and international companies in establishing their operations in Guatemala. Likewise, she is an expert in PPPs (Public-Private Partnerships), developing infrastructure projects such as roads, highways, and airports.

Her experience in mining law includes the application of regulations and the necessary environmental mitigation for companies operating in Guatemala.

She joined the BLP team as a Senior Associate in 2023. Previously she was the Legal Manager of Bluestone Resources Inc for the development of energy and mining projects in Guatemala.
